At Novatus Globaal we want to have a positive impact on the world around us. We support numerous charities via fundraising, volunteering and pro bono initiatives. The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity is our focus charity.

We believe the best workforces comprise different views and backgrounds. For us it is essential that our staff are hired because of their unique experiences, which has resulted in a gender-balanced and diverse team.
Environment
We celebrate every client engagement we undertake by planting trees across the UK. To date, hundreds of trees have been planted.
We’re taking part in the UN Race to Zero. We are fully committed to halving our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reaching net zero emissions by 2050.
